About Louise

Louise Dietzen graduated from Rollins College with a B.A. in English and Business.  She then graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School where she was a member of the moot court team.  Louise is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Alabama, where she is a member in good standing with both bars.  She has a wide range of litigation experience, both for plaintiffs and the defense, including family law, criminal defense, personal injury, insurance defense, and construction law.  Louise has worked with several reputable civil law firms in Atlanta and was selected as a Georgia “Rising Star” by Law & Politics and Atlanta Magazine.

Locally Focused

Politically active

Louise is enthusiastic and active in her local political, legal and judicial community, regardless of where she lives.  She enjoys fundraising and political consulting.  While many fundraisers are tied to either the Democrat or Republican party, Louise specializes in non-partisan campaigns, particularly judicial races.

Being a lawyer herself gives her a significant advantage in fundraising to law firms and repeat contributors. In fact, she formed her own political fundraising company, PFG, Inc (Political Fundraising Group) and she is available to fundraise for political campaigns in both Georgia and Tennessee.

Louise has worked on Atlanta city and Georgia state-wide campaigns, including current Court of Appeals Judge Ken Hodges’ campaign victory as the Democratic nominee for Attorney General, and most recently for the Atlanta mayoral race.

Deep Roots

Based in tennessee and georgia

After moving back to her roots to the State of Tennessee, Louise made the decision to transition her 28 years of litigation experience to the upcoming trend of mediation.   She formed her own mediation practice, Mediate the Southeast, LLC to focus her expertise on dispute resolutions throughout the southeast.  She is a Rule 31 certified mediator in the state of Tennessee.  Louise will continue to litigate cases in Georgia and has a new office location in Brunswick.  Her main office is located in Nashville, Tennessee.  Given the recent changes in our world after the Covid 19 epidemic, Louise is mediating all cases virtually in the areas of family law and civil law.
