Resolving disputes in Tennessee and Georgia

We are pleased to announce the opening of Mediate the SouthEast, LLC., specializing in domestic and civil law mediation.

Louise Dietzen made the decision to transition her 28 years of domestic, criminal and civil litigation practice to focus her expertise on dispute resolutions in Tennessee and Georgia with the main offices in Nashville, Tennessee and Brunswick, Georgia.

Ms. Dietzen is a Rule 31 Tennessee Supreme Court Listed mediator.   Mediate the SouthEast handles court-referred and court-ordered cases, and accepts cases on a reduced rate where appropriate.  Ms. Dietzen is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Georgia and continues to litigate in Georgia in the areas of criminal and domestic law.

We are eager to help lawyers clear their increasing caseloads and judges to clear their fast growing dockets.  First time clients will receive an introductory rate of $200 per hour to be split by the parties.

Given the recent epidemic, clients will be given the choice of mediating online or in person with social distancing measures.
