After more than 30 years of experience in domestic, criminal, and civil litigation, Louise Dietzen has chosen to focus her deep expertise on helping families and individuals resolve disputes with care and clarity across Tennessee and Georgia. Our main offices are warmly welcoming clients in Nashville, Tennessee, and Brunswick, Georgia.

Ms. Dietzen is proud to be a Rule 31 Tennessee Supreme Court Listed mediator. Mediate the SouthEast is committed to handling court-referred and court-ordered cases, and we also offer reduced rates when appropriate to make mediation accessible. Licensed to practice law in Alabama and Georgia, Louise continues to serve clients through litigation in Georgia, particularly in criminal and domestic law matters. She is also certified to provide guardian ad litem services.

We look forward to supporting lawyers in managing their caseloads and assisting judges in clearing their dockets efficiently. To welcome first-time clients, we offer an introductory rate of $300 per hour, with costs to be split by the parties involved.
