Louise Dietzen is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years of experience in domestic, civil, and criminal law. She earned her B.A. from Rollins College and graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School, where she served on the Moot Court team.
Licensed in Georgia and Alabama, Louise has represented clients on both sides of the courtroom in areas including family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and insurance defense. Her work with top Atlanta firms earned her recognition as a Georgia “Rising Star” by Law & Politics and Atlanta Magazine.
Today, she draws on that extensive legal experience to help families and individuals resolve conflict through compassionate, solution-focused mediation.

A Rule 31 Tennessee Supreme Court Listed Mediator and certified Guardian ad Litem, Louise offers deep insight into both courtroom litigation and peaceful alternatives.

New clients receive an introductory rate of $300/hour (split between parties, minimum 4 hours). Louise can resolve most domestic or civil disputes and handle court filings—often eliminating the need to file a complaint or appear in court. She mediates family law matters, personal injury claims, and business disputes—saving clients time, money, and stress.
Outside the mediation room, Louise Dietzen remains actively engaged in the political, legal, and judicial communities across the Southeast. With a passion for civic involvement and a deep understanding of the law, she brings a unique perspective to political consulting and fundraising.
As founder of PFG, Inc. (Political Fundraising Group), Louise focuses on non-partisan campaigns—especially judicial races where integrity and impartiality are key. Her background as both a lawyer and strategist has led to successful fundraising efforts in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee, including work on city and state-wide campaigns and the Atlanta mayoral race.
After returning to Tennessee, Louise transitioned from litigation to full-time mediation, founding Mediate the SouthEast to help families and individuals find peaceful, practical resolutions. She is a Rule 31 certified mediator in Tennessee and continues to practice law in Georgia and Alabama, serving clients from offices in Nashville and Brunswick.
